Delivery Times

Expect your product within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS.

Shipping Rates

Charges are determined by item and shipping address. The order confirmation page displays product availability and total order cost based on weight and location before checkout.

Shipping Confirmation

A confirmation email is sent upon checkout, followed by another with tracking information once the order is shipped. Note that shipping does not occur on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking

Tracking is available for all orders through the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST during business hours are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after business hours are processed the next business day. Time in transit is approximately 3-5 business days. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS.

Shipping Address

Odeliya Probeauty ships only within the United States. No shipping to P.O. Boxes or international addresses. Ensure correct address at checkout, including apartment or suite numbers. For address corrections, contact customer service, like forgetting to add your apartment or suite number please call us at (347) 400-5542 Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm EST.

Lost and Stolen Packages

Odeliya Probeauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information. In case of lost or stolen packages, a claim can be filed, which may take up to 90 days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unopened and unused products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, with the purchaser bearing return shipping costs. To initiate, email a photo of the product, a reason or your return as well as your order number to orders@opb.beauty.

Refund Policy

Defective, damaged or incorrect products are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 14 days. Returns and exchanges for damaged goods are subject to validation and approval with submission. If you meet the conditions for a return or exchange as outlined above, you are entitled to a refund.
